New Zealand-based brand Ruby gets inspired by the glamour of California's Palm Springs for its spring-summer 2014 campaign. The images star Valentina and were photographed by Steven Chee in Sydney's Cronulla Sand Dunes highlighting the natural landscape. “This season I was intrigued with the idea of weaving still life images through our campaign to compliment and highlight the amazing Valentina. Titled "What it really feels like to live with addiction," Valletta talked about wanting to get outside of herself and sniffing glue and nail polish as a child then graduating to marijuana and eventually cocaine and alcohol in order to "manage [her] feelings."
