 Designer Nadège Vanhee-Cybulski photographed by Inez Van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin Vanhee-Cybulski in at Hermès–Following the news that designer Christophe Lemaire resigned from his creative post at Hermès, the French label announces his successor. French designer Nadège Vanhee-Cybulski, who has worked previously for Maison Martin Margiela, The Row and Céline, has been appointed artistic director of women’s ready to wear. Lemaire will show his last show for Hermès October 1st during Paris Fashion Week, before Vanhee-Cybulski takes over. Discussing the designer’s appointment, Hermès chief executive officer shares with WWD, “Her talent and her creative track record will be great assets in the continued development of women’s ready-to-wear. She will devote herself full-time to our house.”

The trailer for the latest biopic chronicling the life and career of French fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent has been released, reports The Fashionisto. The film titled "Saint Laurent," stars Gaspard Ulliel along with Jérémie Renier, Louis Garrel and Léa Seydoux.
Last month, the Pierre Bergé-approved film titled "Yves Saint Laurent" was released and mainly focused on the late designer's work. The new film, entirely in French, is said to shine a light on the more troubled, tumultuous side of the designer's personal life which you can see in the trailer. More Saint Laurent News:

Fendi’s Roman Fall–Launching its fall-winter 2014 campaign, Fendi goes to Rome's Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana with new advertisements lensed by creative director Karl Lagerfeld. Nadja Bender returns from last season while Ashleigh Good replaces Joan Smalls. The images play on the contrast between the building's architecture and the eclectic style of fall featuring furs, floral accessories and playful cuts.
