Alexa Returns for Longchamp Ad–After appearing in last season’s advertisements, Alexa Chung is back for the fall-winter 2014 campaign from Longchamp. The British socialite poses for Max Vadukul in this image via Vogue UK. Alexa’s co-star just so happens to be an adorable dog as she shows off the French label’s Pliage Héritage bag. Suki in Superga’s spring/summer 2014 campaign Suki Waterhouse Creates Capsule Collection–British model Suki Waterhouse, who was the face of Superga’s 2014 spring/summer campaign has been tapped to create a capsule collection for fall ’14. According to WWD, Waterhouse created three platform style sneakers in pastel pink, powder blue and a red-and-navy blue color combination with heart imprints on the sides of the soles.”I am very excited about the launch of my new collection with Superga. I really enjoyed creating for the brand and adding a piece of myself into the designs," says the model. Suki Waterhouse for Superga collection will be available in store and online in late August. Marchesa Resort 2015–For the brand's resort 2015 collection, Marchesa designers Georgina Chapman and Keren Craig stayed true to its roots with a romantically elegant collection. The new outing features ultra-embellished gowns and dresses that are almost dream-like. Intricate beading, floral embroidery, painterly prints and Chantilly lace are the Marchesa woman's go to for the season. Despite all the embellishment, a few understated looks manage to peek through such as a gold top and wide-legged trouser ensemble as well as a daytime dress in silvery metallic.  Barbara Fialho’s fabulous hair. Image: Model’s Instagram Brazilian model Barbara Fialho is sharing her biggest hair secret—and it's something you would never expect! With all of the torture that someone working in the beauty industry's hair is already put through, it only makes sense that they wouldn't want to go through traditional chemical treatments—so they turn to the super non-traditional. In an interview with Fashionista, Fialho revealed she has a procedure done on her precious locks called velaterapi, which is when a hair stylist takes an open flame from a lit candle to the hair ends in order to burn off split ends. It takes between two and three hours to complete and is confirmed to have a high success rate. Would you burn your locks for good hair or is too risky? Photo: model’s Instagram Gisele to Present World Cup Trophy–Brazilian bombshell Gisele Bundchen has been chosen to hang out the World Cup trophy (which we learned Louis Vuitton designed the trophy case for). Bundchen, who is one of Brazil’s most famous supermodels, was chosen by FIFA to stand-in for Brazilian president Dilma Rousseff, reports Yahoo! Sports. Typically, the trophy is presented by the head of state of the host country. However, the Boston Globe reports that FIFA was concerned with further backlash from locals due to government’s expenditure of $11 billion in public funds to finance the event. FIFA is banking on Bundchen to mitigate the negativity surrounding the event. If anyone is able to get alleviate some of the negativity associated with games, we’re banking on Gisele. The event, which will take place at Maracana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, will also feature musical performances by Avicii, Carlos Santana and Wyclef.

Givenchy Fall/Winter 2014 Campaign–After a preview yesterday, more photographs have been released from Givenchy's fall-winter 2014 campaign. The big news was that Kendall Jenner of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" fame posed for Givenchy. Now, French actress Isabelle Huppert joins the fold with black and white portraits photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. The title for the campaign is "Rave Duality" which fits with the juxtaposition of the group and individual shots. The cast also includes Mariacarla Boscono, Julia Nobis, Jamie Bochert and Peter Brant Jr. (who recently posed with his mom Stephanie Seymour for a Bazaar shoot) See more from the new Givenchy campaign below.
