Lorde will play a huge role in the next installment of the Hunger Games films, Mockingjay Part I. The 17-year old singer will not only release the first single for the film, but also curate the entire the soundtrack. The director of the film, Frances Lawrence said of the young songstress, "I sat down with Lorde on the set of 'Mockingjay' this spring and I was immediately struck by how she so innately understood what we, as both fans and filmmakers, were trying to accomplish with the film.
